Hereafter, any use of this site is simply referred to as "use of the site" which includes the aforementioned. If you do not agree to all these terms, you are prohibited from using the site in any way, including, but not limited to, linking, quoting, and viewing the front page and any of the pages, materials, or graphics herein.

No material from this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Any and all submissions to the site immediately become the sole property of the operators of the site, including postings, e-mail, and anything on the screen at the time the site is viewed.

By utilizing the site at all, you agree to pay the operators of the site a sum of $1,000,000 (one million U.S. dollars) per minute or page view, whichever is higher. This fee may be waived by the operators of the site, at their sole discretion, but may be reinstated and demanded at any time. This fee is due immediately upon demand. If this fee is deemed excessive or exceeds that allowable by law, the largest fee allowable under the law shall be charged.

By using the site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of this site, from any and all possible damages, injuries, or actions, even if said actions are entirely unrelated to the operation of this site. Bringing suit in any court, arbitration or venue is considered a violation of this agreement, and results in doubling of the fees you normally owe (above) and additional fees of twice whatever damages you seek, plus court costs. Further, any and all property you possess or control must immediately be surrendered to the operators of this site upon your filing of any claim, action, or official document.

It is the explicit policy of this site not to respect your privacy in any way, shape or form, and in using this site, you surrender any and all right to privacy, in matters related to or unrelated to this site. However, you will not receive any spam from us.

The materials in this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
